I’ve always wanted my own Outrun cabinet. I remember when it came out on the home computer and it was such a let down. This just made me want one more… though I’d probably settle for a stand-up due to space constraints.

One of the admin from the dragonslairfans forums is following his life-long dream of owning Galaxian 3 Theatre : Attack of the Zolgear. You know the one. The 6-player gunner-fest which is enclosed in a theatre large enough to house a small family of elephants.

From what I can see, he is from Luxembourg, driving 300km into Belgium to pick up this baby. So far he has unloaded (most of) it into his friend’s garage as there wasn’t quite room for it all! We have yet to see the finished article, but I’m interested to see if he puts this thing back together. There’s no mention of how much it cost him yet. Anyway, have a look for yourself…
