So if you’re up in Blackpool for the weekend, live in that neck of the woods or want to discuss any possibilities, come see us on the stand on the Saturday or Sunday.

surface tension website update

The website has now been updated to include the new surface tension arcade table. The existing table has taken on the name of Double7 and the new table is called the Arcane giving customers a design preference. The only real difference is the Arcane has a slightly longer control panel which houses a spinner alongside the existing controls. There aren’t any pictures of this on the site yet, but they shouldn’t be too far away.

The new surface tension table

We’ve recently been down at Patrick’s bar in Parkstone, Bournemouth running a photo shoot for the new table. It’s not going to replace the existing system, but offer an alternative for those with different tastes. The website should be updated soon, but in the mean time here’s a few images to keep you going…

Well, it’s taken me a few days to get around to posting about the show. All in all it was a great success. Alan, Grant and their team did a great job in getting all the machines together. On the day (well, the day before) it seemed everything was against them and the show was almost a non-starter. All of the Egrets were stuck at customs and after being released late on the Friday afternoon, half of them reached their destination at about 9 o’clock at night. The rest of them were due in at 6am Saturday! When we arrived at 11pm on Friday to set up, the electrician was setting up the supply for the hall whilst PCBs were installed in the machines. It was an all-nighter for most of the IC’09 team.

surface tension table gets a new paint job

We’re soon to start offering the new surface tension arcade table in high-gloss finish. Available as standard in black or white… but we can ultimately supply a table any colour/colours you like.

Due to the extra time, care and attention to detail that goes into the painting, lacquering and finishing of each individual table, the cost for the black or white will be £2999 for a retro-fit, and £3499 with a pre-installed shuttle system.
