Game on

I haven’t made it to this as yet but will certainly be heading over there before the year is out.

Make sure you play car pong too. I only managed a measly score of 112, which I thought was pretty good until I saw the leader board!

Head to head - Lizard lounger

There are a few arcade tables on the market in the UK and each of them have their good, and inevitably, bad points.

The Lounge Lizard Arcade Table is the first one I generally come across when I look on the net for arcade tables. It’s sold through www.iwantoneofthose.com and similar sites and as a result has become pretty exposed. It sure looks like a great arcade table harking back to the original tables of the 80’s.

Why iTunes

No, that’s not my attempt at a geordie accent…

Here at surface tension we love iTunes. You might even go so far as to say we’ve developed a bit of an obsession with apple’s wireless technology and the software used to drive it.

Back in the day when the first arcade table prototype was put together ideas were flooding into my head about how I could make the most of the technology concealed within the unit. (more…)
